BEFORE
Zig Zag Adventures needed a makeover. This is the original website. There is way too much text and there needed to be some established hierarchy. In the video you can also see that the top left icon was being used as the logo. It was a white square with a blue globe inside which doesn’t stand out.
After
I wanted to give the website a total facelift. The owner had some really beautiful photography from the trips she planned that I wanted to incorporate rather than the stock photos she was previously using.
For the logo I wanted to incorporate some geometric shapes and lines to reflect the name Zig Zag adventures. I chose to overlap two triangles to look like either mountains or pyramids. The font pairing has a playful and adventurous appearance to it as well that also supports the brands goals.
